Just letting you know that Paul Anderson of the sales team at KeyAg Kubota Red Deer has been phenomenal in dealing with our purchase of our BX2680 tractor and all the attachments. He gave us all the information and quotes in a timely manner and walked us through the purchase process. It was a relatively painless process. I dont know if you remember me/us, but we were the ones who came in to look at a Kubota side by side and I spoke to you initially and you passed us on to Paul Anderson thereafter for sales advice. We are so very glad you did.
Although we havent taken possession of our side by side as yet, which has completely to do with parts availability and not Paul, I wanted to mention a few things about Paul that I think should be noted within your management team.
Paul has been tireless in trying to make sure we get the right machine along with the parts and accessories for it. He has been incredible in answering my questions (and there have been many) about different options and has always taken the time to get back to us right away about things we ask him about, be it available or not.
One thing in particular I would like to mention is a few days ago I had e-mailed him a question about something and he had an incredibly busy day that day. If I recall, the question or inquiry was posed later in the day or something like that and I had not heard from Paul by the end of business that day and just simply thought he would get back to us the next day. As it turns out he called us at 9 oclock that night as he was on his way somewhere to get me the answer to my question. I was absolutely amazed at him doing that and taking time out of his own personal time to get back to us. I/we have never had a salesman do that and were so impressed by that kind of commitment to his work and your dealership.
Again, we have not had our machine delivered as yet and expect it will be early next week, but I felt I should mention these things to you because I dont believe it happens enough when people go above and beyond what is expected. We fully believe that Paul's commitment to our purchase will continue to when the machine is delivered but well beyond that as well. Thank you for referring us to him. To date it has been an extremely welcome experience and we are so grateful for the attention we have received. He makes us feel like our purchase and us as customers are very much valued by your dealership.

This is an EXCELLENT place to work as well as get your equipment worked on. There's more than fifty years experience in the shop as well as thirty five years of parts experience in the parts department, we strive to do our best to find what you need. Whether it's on a Kubota or Husqvarna or another off brand piece of equipment that we don't sell or service,we will find what you need and make sure we do it in a timely manner. I've never worked for a place that I've felt more like family.

I took my zero turn mower in yesterday morning with some issues, was a quick drop off. I was contacted by the service Manager ( Matt I think) a few hours later . He informed me he had the parts , and that there were a couple of other minor issues . It was ready this morning, all old parts provided, and the service advisor was super friendly and helpful ( again at 8.30 AM) . Great experience and appreciated the quick turnaround , I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Hadn't been to Key Ag Kubota's new facility. Very accessible in my wheelchair. Jessica met me at the door and my M35 Kubota loader parts were ready for me. That was impressive service by Jessica and Gil. I may just have to get some more ORANGE things!

I have made several trips to service and parts lately. First entering and being directed to departments by Victoria and again when leaving was exceptional.
Parts department staff are so helpful and pleasant hard to find this in other companies that I deal with.
Tina Epps and her entire staff are and above all expectations. I was looked after so quickly resolving my repairs and pricing she is a great asset to your company.

Your Red Deer store is a show piece!!
I was in Red Deer last week and needed some parts for my sons GF1800. I was helped in parts immediately as I came through the door. The service was excellent and the product knowledge also excellent. I believe the person that helped me was Jess.
I was a Kubota dealer in Vernon BC for 25 years and know how crucial it is for your first line people to give a good impression as it typically represents the entire dealership. Well, Jess certainly did that. I was impressed.
Shes just one of the reasons why your dealership is so successful.
